💫 gift certificates for my flash tattoos! 💫 these can be purchased here on my online store, or in person at the tattoo studio. if you'd like to purchase a gift certificate in an amount that you don’t see here, please contact me and we can get it figured out!

requirements:

★ these certificates are redeemable for FLASH/PREDRAWN ONLY. I will not accept these certificates for custom tattoo requests. the amount from the certificate will be applied to the total cost of the flash design. 

★ recipient must be able to be tattooed in portland, oregon (not looking at many guest spots at all due to COVID-19). 18+

★ must adhere to all of my personal + studio covid safety requirements, as well as my personal booking requirements. both are found on my website, hournoon.com
